Our classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Gentle YOGA

A gentle practice that focuses on longer holds to get into the deeper layers of the body and connective tissues. Designed to nourish your body and mind, allowing time for reflection and an opportunity to free up any tension.

Hips & Hammies

A juicy practice to increase flexibility and mobility in your hips and hamstrings by slowing down. Starting with a slow flow to stabilize and strengthen our hips and hamstrings, then moving into longer holds to increase mobility and release tension, back pain and find space!


A lively and energetic practice synchronizing movement with breath in a continuous flow of poses. Every class will feel a little different than the last - challenging your mind to leave behind any expectations and explore where the practice takes you!


Go hard or go home! We have high reps, high sets, little breaks & whole lot of heavy breathing. With bodyweight or free-weight options available to modify the intensity of your workout, Bootcamp classes are designed in circuits for the individual to be able to push themselves according to their fitness level. Abs & Ass

The name says it all! This class focuses on strengthening your core and posterior chain (lower back, glutes and hamstrings) Many injuries come from lack of development of theses specific areas so we are here to help! Who likes doing laundry on their abs?

Chicks with Sticks

Chicks with sticks is a Women’s focused resistance training class. It uses weighted sticks for an intense full body workout that will improve muscle definition, core strength and challenge your balance. It will also get your heart rate up with High Intensity Interval Training and Self Defense moves for optimal fat burning!


Resistance Intervals Power Plyometrics Endurance & Discipline. The name says it all. Come ready to work, sweat and achieve your goals!

Mind / Muscle Connection

In Mind Muscle Connection we will use body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands to activate specific muscle groups before we practice weightlifting technique. Activating our muscles before we exercise can improve performance, reduce the risk of injury and help you get better results! You can expect to experience a fun strength training session while you learn muscular anatomy and activation drills that are beneficial for all fitness goals. This class is suitable and beneficial for all skill levels.
