Our classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Pilates

Pilates focuses on conditioning the body from the inside out. Learn the importance of core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength and flexibility while integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.

Spin

Burn some serious calories and have fun doing it! Come ride along various terrains, speeds, and intensities while dancing to energizing music! Improve your endurance and your mood in this 60-minute high-energy class!

Spin & Core

Split into 2 parts, part 1 consists of an indoor cycling simulation of a ride through the hills and flat road to the rhythm of the music. Improve your cardio, build lean muscle, burn calories and have an absolute blast while doing it! Part 2 of class will focus on movements that will increase your core strength and get you those 6-pack abs!

Spin & HIIT

Split into 2 parts, the first half focuses on indoor cycling simulating a ride through the hills and flat road to the rhythm of the music. The second half of class will focus on High Intensity Interval Training, including quick max=effort sets, with moments of active recovery in-between. Keeping your heart rate up to burn more fat in less time!

HIGH Fitness

Aerobics is back! Bigger, Better and HIGHer! Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action-packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high, or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

ZUMBA®

ZUMBA® is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba.

ZUMBA® STRONG

ZUMBA® STRONG is a revolutionary high-intensity workout led by music to motivate you to crush your ultimate fitness goals. A body-weight workout designed for all fitness levels that allows participants to work at their own pace while pushing their own limites. Let's get stronger together!

Pump

Pump is a pure strength class total body workout that will tone your entire body, increase your strength and help you burn calories!

Stretch & Restore Yoga

A gentle practice that focuses on longer holds to get into the deeper layers of the body and connective tissues. Designed to nourish your body and mind allowing time for reflection and an opportunity to free up any tension.

Flow & Stretch Yoga

A gentle practice that focuses on longer holds to get into the deeper layers of the body and connective tissues. Designed to nourish your body and mind allowing time for reflection and an opportunity to free up any tension.

Hips & Hammies Yoga

A juicy practice to increase flexibility and mobility in your hips and hamstrings by slowing down. Starting with a slow flow to stabilize and strengthen our hips and hamstrings, then moving into longer holds to increase mobility and release tension, back pain and find space!
