Our classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Gentle Yoga

A gentle practice that focuses on longer holds to get into the deeper layers of the body and connective tissues. Designed to nourish your body and mind, allowing time for reflection and an opportunity to free up any tension.

Hips & Hammies

A juicy practice to increase flexibility and mobility in your hips and hamstrings by slowing down. Starting with a slow flow to stabilize and strengthen our hips and hamstrings, then moving into longer holds to increase mobility and release tension, back pain and find space!

Restorative Yoga

A slow, still style of yoga including long, passive holds in a variety of restful poses. Still your mind, relax your body, and leave feeling better than when you came in.


Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.


STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move! Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more!


High Intensity Interval Training – this technique builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance! This class includes quick max-effort sets, with moments of active recovery in between. Keeping your heart rate up to burn more fat in less time!

Spin & Core

A fun, heart pumping class combining core and spin classes! Split into 2 parts, part 1 consists of an indoor cycling simulation of a ride through the hills and flat road to the rhythm of the music. Improve your cardio, build lean muscle, burn calories and have an absolute blast while doing it! Part 2 of the class will focus on movements that will increase your core strength and get you those 6-pack abs!


You’ll use various bodyweight and weight training exercises to get a full body burn and raise that heart rate! Get ready for some heart-pumping, muscle burning, fun! This class is for every fitness level.


We use body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands to activate specific muscle groups before we practice weightlifting technique. The goal is to improve performance, reduce the risk of injury and help you get better results! Expect a fun strength training session, while you learn muscular anatomy and activation drills that are beneficial for all fitness goals!
